Join a Busy, Iconic Bike Store in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
We’re looking for an experienced Bicycle Technician to join our team in a busy, well established and iconic bicycle store.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves bikes, takes pride in quality
workmanship, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced retail workshop environment.
You’ll be working on a wide range of bikes, from everyday commuters and kids’ bikes
through to high-end road, gravel, mountain and e-bikes.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for servicing, repairs, builds, diagnostics and general workshop
duties. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, able to manage
workflow efficiently, and committed to delivering excellent customer outcomes.
What we’re looking for
Previous bicycle workshop experience is essential. Experience with modern drivetrains,
hydraulic brakes, suspension, e-bikes and high-end builds will be highly regarded.
Previous sales floor or customer service experience is preferred, as the role may
involve speaking with customers, providing advice, quoting repairs and helping create a
great in-store experience.
You’ll need to be:
Reliable, organised and punctual
Confident with servicing and repairs
A good communicator
Comfortable in a busy workshop environment
Passionate about bikes and cycling
Able to work well as part of a team
