What You'll Do:
Lead fun and engaging bike tours through the heart of the Alice Springs landscape.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels safe and informed throughout the adventure.
Captivate your guests with entertaining and informative commentary, bringing the Red Centre's history and wonders to life.
Prioritise safety by following all established procedures and reporting any incidents promptly.
Be a team player while demonstrating the autonomy and leadership necessary to guide tours effectively.
Who You Are:
A passionate cyclist with experience conquering mountain bike trails.
A natural communicator with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with guests.
A service superstar who thrives on creating positive and memorable experiences for others.
A team player who can work independently and take initiative.
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg and handle moderate cycling distances.
Hold a current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR certification (or be willing to obtain them).
