About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven Product & Brand Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of leading bicycle accessory brands. This is a hands-on role that blends brand growth, sales enablement and marketing execution with forecasting, inventory planning and supplier management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Brand Ownership & Growth

  • Take full commercial ownership of assigned wholesale brands.

  • Build deep understanding of products, positioning, customers and competitors.

  • Act as the internal brand champion across sales, marketing and operations.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Sales Growth, Marketing & Go-To-Market

  • Drive brand growth through:

    • Sales programs and dealer initiatives

    • Promotions, campaigns, POS and in-store activation

    • Ambassador programs and sponsored activations

  • Work closely with sales reps to improve:

    • Ranging

    • In-store presence

    • Brand penetration per store

  • Support go-to-market planning for new products and seasonal launches.

  • Coordinate EDMs, promotions, events and digital campaigns with the marketing team.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, social activity and sell-through.

Forecasting, Ordering & Inventory Planning

  • Forecast demand using Excel and internal systems.

  • Place purchase orders aligned to sales trends, lead times and stock turn targets.

  • Manage inventory levels to support sales growth without overstocking.

  • Monitor performance and adjust forecasts proactively.

Pricing, Margin & Commercial Performance

  • Set pricing aligned to brand positioning and market conditions.

  • Manage landed costs and margin accuracy.

  • Deliver agreed margin and gross profit targets.

  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability through buying, pricing or ranging.

Product & SKU Management

  • Lead new product introductions.

  • Create and manage SKUs in the ERP system.

  • Maintain high-quality product data across B2B and B2C platforms.

  • Support product launches with sales tools, samples and dealer education.

Digital & E-Commerce

  • Manage and maintain Shopify stores where applicable.

  • Execute promotions and campaigns across digital channels.

  • Coordinate social and paid activity within agreed budgets.

  • Experience with B2C e-commerce is highly regarded.

Events & Industry Engagement

  • Represent brands at trade shows, dealer events and industry expos.

  • Support sponsored events and brand activations.

  • Brands grow year-on-year in sales and market share.

  • Stock availability supports demand without excess inventory.

  • Margin and stock turn targets are consistently achieved.

  • Dealers are engaged and actively supporting your brands.

  • Suppliers view the business as organised, proactive and growth-focused.

  • Sales teams feel supported with product, stock, data and marketing tools.
