Brand marketing manager - Brisbane

Pedal Group is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to champion our portfolio of exclusively distributed bicycle & accessory brands. Reporting directly to the Product GM, this role offers a high level of empowerment and autonomy to create impactful strategies and campaigns to drive growth and awareness.

Your Role

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing brand salience and growth in awareness of our exclusively distributed bicycle & accessory brands. This will be achieved through strategic planning, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and effective budget management. Your expertise will ensure cohesive brand communication across digital, social, print, and event platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Be empowered to autonomously develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our major distributed brands - Merida, Cube, Pedal and Met.

  • Have the flexibility to create and manage the brand marketing campaign calendar.

  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns for maximum impact.

  • Get curious to analyze key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

  • Manage the Brand Marketing P&L to maximize ROI.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations.

  • Be a Leader and mentor of a Marketing Executive.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).

  • Experience in brand marketing with a proven track record of high-ROI campaigns.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, external agencies and stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Website CMS etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative and results-driven approach to marketing.
