About the role -
EveryBody eBikes is looking for a new business development specialist who can build on our already extensive network of allied health contacts. This person will further develop awareness of our product range to individuals and the allied health community.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and extending the market for inclusive cycling directly with end-users
Willingness to work closely with our assistive technology specialists with focus on customised electric trike solutions
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with allied health professionals and individuals leading to trial bookings
Coordination of trial bookings in SE Queensland to minimise travel times and optimise onsite trial time
Provision of awareness of our current product range to allied health teams
Handling of incoming calls and emails for NDIS related enquiries and response accordingly in a timely manner
Continuation of the development of key processes to improve our CRM system to track NDIS enquiries from initial contact through to delivery of products.
About you -
Essential Criteria:
A proven track record and experience in Business Development preferably within the allied health care sector and the ability to bring leads and opportunities for new clients to our business
A passion for developing active mobility solutions for people with a disability and/or limited mobility
A self-starter with a willingness to be able to work independently to achieve results while being part of a close-knit team committed to success and getting things “right, first time”
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

An interest in cycling and the benefits of outdoor activity
Existing exposure to the NDIS process
Understanding of Allied Health community

This is a permanent full-time or 5-day part-time role with a flexible working arrangement, based primarily in the northside of Brisbane, with frequent travel across SEQ. You must be willing to juggle shop-based and travel-based work to liaise with customers and the team in Brisbane with the potential to transport, demonstrate and trial our product range across the region.
