We are seeking an ambitious and sales-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for high volume outreach, both warm and cold, with experience managing full sales cycles. You'll have access to an existing database of potential clients which will be warm.
The Role:
Consult with new and existing brands and retailers in order to achieve sales targets, maximise revenue and attract new customers
Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities
Full-cycle sales: lead generation - presentation - demonstration - closing
Provide a digital solutions-based approach
Provide excellent knowledge of the platform, utilising solutions-based, information-first sales techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM system.

About you:
Previous Business Development experience in the Bicycle or Tech Industry (ideal but not necessary)
Ability to sell online, in person and over the phone
Strong interpersonal & clear communications skills
High level of influential negotiations skills
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and CRM's.
