About the role:
Process customer returns
Assess warranty claims from customers
Prepare warranty claims for suppliers
Arrange Product repairs
Liaise with customer re: returns/repairs
To be successful for the role, you will need to have:
Proven experience in warranty claims and processing
Exceptional organisational abilities
Strong communication skills
Computer and administration skills
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
