About the role:

• Process customer returns

• Assess warranty claims from customers

• Prepare warranty claims for suppliers

• Arrange Product repairs

• Liaise with customer re: returns/repairs

To be successful for the role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience in warranty claims and processing

• Exceptional organisational abilities

• Strong communication skills

• Computer and administration skills

• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
