Customer service officer - Melbourne

Job tasks and responsibilities
As a member of the team, you will report to, and work closely with the Customer Services Manager. Your core responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
You will be required to ensure all customers are always dealt with in a professional and timely manner. You will also be required to service the Dealer base with stock information including availability, alternatives and expected delivery date. You will inform Dealers of specials and promotional items. You will interact and support Account Managers as required.
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will have:
A commitment to exceptional customer service
Experience in a role at a similar level incorporating a high degree of administration and data entry
A high degree of literacy and accuracy with numbers
Self-motivation to perform consistently to high standards
Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills
A team player approach
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Computer literacy skills, knowledge with Excel and SAP a bonus
