About the role
The Customer Service Representative is an important role within our operations team as they are the front facing and main point of contact with our customers. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on exceptional customer service and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers enjoy a smooth, positive, and seamless experience. To equip you to deliver this experience, full training will be provided. You don't need to know all about eBikes!
Duties include:
Greeting customers in-store, listening to and understanding customer requirements to meet their eBike needs.
Clearly communicating the values and benefits of Lug+Carrie eBikes and riding solutions.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
Communicating subscription processes and conditions effectively.
Responding to customer questions and inquiries in person, by phone or through our CRM platform.
Assisting the coordination of our customer service experience - through booking, scheduling and supporting in-store and mobile service events.
Ensure the shop is well-stocked, clean and tidy.
About you
We'd love to hear from you if you are an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who has:
At least 12 months of experience working in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and customer information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Availability to work five days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
The ability to lift at least 25kg and use proper lifting skills.
