About the Role We are seeking an operations all rounder to assist us operating our fun cycling tours in North East Victoria. This is a full time role and a wonderful opportunity for a local to grab a career opportunity in one of Australia's leading cycling regions. As an Operations All Rounder, your duties will include:
Meet and greet our guests on arrival
Ensuring tour delivery meets expectations
Maintaining the safety of our guests as the top priority at all times
Problem-solving and assisting guests with any issues (eg: punctures, slipped gears, venue confirmation etc)
Arranging and delivering vehicle and luggage transfers (some driving)
Arranging and delivering bike maintenance as required
Arranging and ensuring vehicles maintained as required
Full Australian Drivers licence (ideally large vehicle licence but not essential can be procured as part of role)
A good level of understanding of bikes, and able to perform basic maintenance (update tyres, adjust brakes…etc).
Bring high energy, a positive attitude, and genuine love for the outdoors
First Aid Certification
An interest in bike riding and being with people
Some computer skills (read emails, print job sheets)
