About the Role
This role is guiding and operating our fun cycling tours across the whole of South Australia, with the potential to expand to other interstate tour routes.
As a Cycling Tour Guide, your duties will include:
Informing guests about their tour and travels and creating a sense of excitement and fun
Guiding guests to venues with clear information and navigation as per the tour itinerary
Ensuring tour delivery meets expectations
Maintaining the safety of our guests as the top priority at all times
Problem-solving and assisting guests with any issues (eg: punctures, slipped gears, venue confirmation etc)
Essential Requirements
Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
Full Australian Drivers licence
Ability to cycle 50kms over a day without major stress (no big hills!)
Bring high energy, a positive attitude, and genuine love for the outdoors
Preferred
Passion for bike riding and being with people
Equally good at storytelling and listening
Adept with bikes (i.e. can change a tube, but no expertise expected)
Can entertain and keep group motivation high over an extended period
