The Electric Bike Company is an E bike retailer seeking experienced ebike mechanics to join the bike mechanics team in our Joondalup store. We are looking for a full time and a casual employees who are committed to providing our customers with a positive and quality experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide customers with exceptional service
Bike assembly
Regular maintenance/tune-ups
Install new bike parts
Troubleshoot issues and identify broken or damaged parts
Articulate feedback to customers and team members
Assist with the purchase of bikes, parts, and services
Keep detailed records of the work done and parts used in the database
Educate customers about the operation and maintenance of bikes and e-bikes
Qualifications
Required
Expert-level bike mechanic
3-5 years of bike mechanic experience
Experience in electronics is beneficial
Able to do Suspension Servicing, Wheel building, Mountain and Road Overhauls
Must be comfortable speaking to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Strong attention to detail
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Able to work efficiently with a team
Strong communication skills
Well-developed organisational skills
Work with a sense of urgency, full of energy, and a positive attitude
Must be able to lift 25 kg
