Founded in Sydney in 2017, Zoomo is leading the world at providing utility e-bikes and after market servicing. We’re a fast growing tech start up with a global footprint across Australia, the US and the UK. We are doubling in size every 6 months!

OUR PURPOSE

We are transitioning billions of urban miles from bikes, cars and trucks to smart e-bikes. eBikes are more efficient, more sustainable and now, easily accessible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance: repair and assemble e-bikes to Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1927:1998

• Quality Control: check your work and your peers’ against Zoomo’s maintenance checklists so that every bike that leaves your shop is in immaculate condition

• Report & Track: record work done and parts used so Zoomo can keep track of fleet condition and maintain the highest performing e-bike fleet in Sydney

• Continuous Improvement: provide feedback to the Fleet Manager on ways we can continue to improve our product, processes and service

Requirements

• ~1 years of bike shop experience

• Knowledge of how a bicycle works including how to assemble and disassemble a bike

• Knowledge of how to fix batteries and the electric components of a bike is not essential but preferred

• Relevant industry (cycling, food delivery, mobility, technology) experience advantageous

• A passion for bikes!

• Alignment with Zoomo’s vision and purpose

PREFERABLE

• Ability manage your own time and prioritise what’s important

• Good team player looking forward to working with the Fleet Manager and Operations team

• A passion for fixing things and startups

• Flexibility: because we are a startup we hope you can work more days and slightly different hours, where required
