Based in Sydney, Bont Sports is dedicated to producing the world's best cycling and rowing shoes and is looking to expand the team with a permanent full-time position available immediately. Forming part of the Bont Cycling and Bont Rowing team, you will be responsible for helping to drive quality eCommerce and sales performance across multiple platforms that will continue to foster exceptional brand and commercial outcomes.
Qualifications & experience
Passion for cycling and/or outdoor sports. Those with experience and enthusiasm for cycling across any discipline will be well regarded.
You will need to be a self-starter with capacity and motivation to work from both our Sydney office and remote.
Experience using and managing eCommerce platforms with proven sales growth results.
Proficiency in written and verbal communicational skills.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and ability to successfully engage, inform and motivate through effective communication.
Tasks & responsibilities
Effectively manage multiple Ecommerce stores across a global landscape with tasks including but not limited to order management and fulfillment from our Sydney office.
Provide exceptional customer service and maximise sales across multiple platforms including in-line, semi and full custom sales for consumer and business customers.
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across eCommerce sites, providing recommendations for improved UX and site performance.
Identify trends and insights for improved site performance and systems optimisation.
