We are looking for a talented eCommerce Specialist with proven experience in B2B and B2C eCommerce or Digital Marketing to join our team of dedicated professionals. If you are self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to problem solve and thrive in a dynamic and highly collaborative team environment this may be the opportunity for you. 

The eCommerce Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional user experience of B2B and B2C online stores. This role liaises with cross functional internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy and validity of data and product information. Your typical day will be varied and include duties covering the areas of:

  • Data review and analysis, such as monitoring and analysis of daily user error reports, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve functionality.

  • User Interface and User Experience (UI / UX), such as developing visual representations and mind maps for menu structures on the frontend.

  • Customer Service Support, such as managing the creation of user accounts, troubleshooting customer account errors, resetting password requests or updating company accounts.

  • Projects and Continuous Improvements, such as implementing SEO / CRO strategies to improve product and category visibility.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital channels, including Magento 2.0, AWS, ERP, Cloud-based CRM, Shopify, and Google Ads.

  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design, digital development, and optimisation techniques.

  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HotJar) to analyse user journeys and optimise the customer experience.

  • Proven ability to implement SEO/CRO strategies to enhance visibility and performance.

  • Strong project and task management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks within tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships across departments.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from multiple data sources and recommend actionable improvements.

  • High attention to detail, ensuring content accuracy through thorough proofreading and editing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
