When joining our Future Leader Program, you will initially work as a Sales Consultant under one of our most experienced leaders. This will help you gain the tools and skills required to accelerate your development and earn a leadership role in one of our stores. While learning, enjoy an uncapped commission on top of a base salary and if successful in achieving a Team Leader position you will have the opportunity to earn a share of profits!
This is a fast track role, where the right individual will be streamlined into an Assistant Manager type role with the opportunity of your own store on the cards.

Consultants, 2ICs and Team Leaders earn a base salary with uncapped commissions. Team Leaders earn a share of store profits and are offered ownership in their store. For the last 3 years Team Leader earnings have averaged over $100k.
Our Team Leaders are Business Owners who are given autonomy and decision making ability. They lead their teams performance, culture and take ownership of successes and failures. Every year our top achievers are rewarded with an overseas global event.
