PSI Cycling is proud to be the Australian distributor of world class and innovative bicycle brands Cannondale, GT Bicycles, Mongoose, Schwinn, Fox Racing, Lezyne, the entire SRAM family of products including SRAM, Zipp, Quarq, RockShox, Avid, Truvativ and since 2019, Goodyear Bicycle Tires, ABUS Mobile Security and TIME Sport.

Our PSI Cycling team has decades of industry experience between us and we are passionate about cycling. A mixture of ex-pros, local crit heroes, commuters and sunny-day recreational cyclists, we are enthusiastic about our brands, our products and our service to the industry.

The Role:

In this role you will be a brand ambassador for the PSI Cycling brands and help grow the business. You will be excited about the product and enthusiastic about riding. Be a natural problem solver, an influential leader of your customer base.

Chase and challenge the boundaries in this Energetic and Influential sales role within the industry. What job allows you to live your passion of riding and gives you opportunity to be a part of a growing dynamic team culture

To be successful you will have;

  • Have a winning attitude, be a lateral thinker, able to anticipate customer needs based on their desired outcomes and provide tailored and seamless experiences resulting in repeat business and a positive experience

  • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Team oriented with the passion and ability to inspire, engage and influence other

  • Proven experience and understanding of wholesale & retail sales (preferably in the sports action industry).

  • Passionate about customer service, engagement and experience

  • Is able to confidently negotiate and mediate with a positive attitude, creating win-win outcomes for customers

  • Possess good people skills and have an outgoing, bubbly personality

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Naturally driven to meet and exceed weekly sales targets

  • Can build strong, long-term relationships with customers

  • Competent with managing sales, margin and inventory data

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point

  • Able to work independently

  • Passion for action sports and adventure
