Friendly, helpful, dedicated and always prepared to go above and beyond - that’s the kind of experience Lug & Carrie is dedicated to providing, through our unique business that offers really useful eBikes on a flexible and all-inclusive subscription. Lug & Carrie started in Melbourne in January 2020, expanded to Sydney, and are currently planning on bringing the Lug & Carrie experience of exceptional customer service and amazing eBikes to Brisbane in Spring 2022.

To help us get more people riding and to continue providing great service for our all-inclusive subscription, we're currently looking for someone who would love working with our customers and knows their way around bikes. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Building, servicing and maintaining Lug+Carrie’s fleet of eBikes, to a precise and premium standard. Our focus is to ensure that the quality, performance, and appearance of each eBike remains consistent across the fleet

  • Providing excellent customer service face to face, online and over the phone - for the primary purpose of getting customers riding the right bike, resolving customer issues as required and maintaining long term relationships

  • Managing local fleet stock, spares and consumable inventories to ensure our service team have the necessary items to perform servicing functions

  • Provide training to other Lug+Carrie staff with regard to bike servicing and maintenance essentials

We’d love to hear from you if you are an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who:

  • has a minimum of two years bicycle mechanic experience (working with eBikes being highly desirable)

  • has experience working in retail or customer service roles

  • has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • can effectively manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner

  • has a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

  • holds a current full Australian drivers licence
