To support our rapidly growing team we are looking for a diverse range of people who have leadership potential. We have a Leadership Academy with 7 structured programs to nurture our future and current leaders. Successful applicants will be fast-tracked into a 2IC position alongside an experienced leader and will start in our Leadership Academy immediately.

Consultants, 2ICs and Team Leaders earn a base salary with uncapped commissions. Team Leaders earn a share of store profits and are offered ownership in their store. For the last 3 years Team Leader earnings have averaged over $100k.
Our Team Leaders are Business Owners who are given autonomy and decision making ability. They lead their teams performance, culture and take ownership of successes and failures. Every year our top achievers are rewarded with an overseas global event.
