Inbound customer service - Melbourne

APOLLO BICYCLES

We are a leading Australian owned and operated wholesale business, distributing global leading brands within the bicycle industry. We are seeking two talented individuals to fulfill 2 positions within our team.

  1. Inbound customer service specialists. This is a highly demanding role which requires a dedicated individual who can multi task deadlines whilst providing exceptional customer service for all our inbound customer queries.

  2. Warranty Manager. The successful applicant will have a history of working in a similar role and strong product knowledge relating to the bicycle industry.

To be successful for either role, you must be able to demonstrate core strengths and experiences in the following areas:

  • Sales support

  • Process driven

  • Technically minded

  • Multi task, prioritize and work under pressure

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines

  • Applied customer service skills so to exceed customers expectations.

  • Strong computer Skills

This role is a crucial first contact customer service experience that forms as a formal communication conduit between our operations and sales teams. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make their mark in delivering success and in tern will have access to other sales roles opportunities across the business in the future.

Applicants will need to have experience within the bicycle industry and or knowledge of cycling brands and products to be considered for this role.
