This is a hands-on logistics and operations role in a fast-moving motorcycle and bicycle business where what you do directly impacts stock flow, sales, and customer relationships.

If you want ownership, responsibility, and long-term career growth in logistics or operations — keep reading.

The Role

You will take primary responsibility for coordinating international and domestic shipments from suppliers to our warehouse — ensuring product lands on time and cost-effectively.

You will:

  • Source and negotiate freight quotes

  • Book and manage shipments end-to-end

  • Liaise with international suppliers and freight companies

  • Manage customs documentation, duties, and tariff codes

  • Track shipments and resolve delays, damage or discrepancies

  • Monitor landed costs to support pricing decisions

Beyond logistics, you’ll support administration and sales functions, including:

  • Assisting customers with account enquiries

  • Supporting invoicing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations

  • Processing orders and backorders

  • Acting as a first point of contact for phone-based enquiries

  • Supporting debtor follow-up where required

This is a cross-functional role with real impact.

About You

  • Confident in communicating with suppliers and customers both domestically and internationally

  • Comfortable negotiating and asking direct questions

  • Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
