About the Role
As the Inside Market Developer, you will be responsible for inbound sales and customer service enquiries for PSI Cycling. This role is responsible for providing service that satisfies and excels the needs of PSIC customers. Working collaboratively with all levels across the organization, you will provide high level customer service and assist with meeting category objectives and overall sales revenue targets.
To be successful you will have;
Exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience and/or understanding of wholesale & retail sales (preferably in the sports action industry)
Passion for customer service and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude and professional presentation
Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite
Passion for action sports and adventure
