Bicycle industry leader, the Giant Group, are seeking a motivated, organised and analytical individual to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone with strong digital marketing and reporting capabilities who can support the execution of marketing initiatives across our Giant, Liv, Momentum and CADEX brands.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Giant Group marketing, e-commerce and sales teams to assist with the coordination of digital campaigns, marketing communications, e-commerce reporting, and brand initiatives across the Australian market.
Job responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will require you to work closely with other members of the Giant Group marketing team across a broad range of marketing and e-commerce activities including:
● Coordinating and supporting digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce, social media, EDM, and retail channels
● Assisting with website content updates, digital asset coordination, and promotional communications across Giant Group brands
● Preparing monthly marketing and e-commerce performance reports using platforms such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools
● Monitoring website traffic, campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales trends to support marketing initiatives and decision-making
● Assisting with the coordination of social media content, EDM campaigns, product launches, sponsorship activities, and brand activations
● Conducting market and competitor research to support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
● Coordinating campaign timelines, marketing collateral, and communications with internal stakeholders and external partners
● Collaborating with retail partners and internal departments to support local area marketing and promotional activities
The successful candidate would possess the following attributes and qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field
● Minimum of 1-2 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketing coordination roles
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, website analytics, and campaign reporting
● Experience with Power BI, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics/reporting platforms will be highly regarded
● Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
● A passion for cycling, sport, fitness, or outdoor lifestyle brands will be highly regarded
● Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms will be advantageous
