National Sales Manager - Brisbane

Advance Traders Australia has an exciting opportunity for a driven sales leader based in our head office in Milton, Brisbane.

The role will be leading our team of sales representatives across the country and driving them to hit their budgets and the wider business sales goals. You will also become a key part of the leadership team guiding the business forward and driving the culture.

Along with the big picture sales strategy, you will need a small business mindset. You will need to understand stock health and manage promotions and strategies to increase sales rates and understand the impact on business result.

You will actively do the basics, like key an order, answer a customer call or track a bike as you need to be connected to the stores and be the one driving system changes to enhance the customer experience.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Drive the business to hit sales targets.

  • Build strong, influential relationships with the sales representatives and give them the tools to hit their sales budgets and achieve their sales goals.

  • Be the link between the sales force and the wider business influencing marketing and product to ensure we are working as 1 business to achieve our goals.

  • Have monthly performance meetings with the sales team to give them feedback on areas of improvements and identify training opportunities to ensure they are being challenged.

  • Be a key contact to our retailers, building strong relationships to understand their needs to ensure ongoing partnerships with our retailers.

Role Requirements

  • Proven achievement of exceeding sales targets

  • Proven achievement of running high performing teams

  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience working in a similar role.

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask as required.

  • High level of Initiative and ability to enable changes.

  • Experience with O365 and google suites.
