Lug+Carrie are a team of passionate and dedicated micro mobility advocates looking to change how we think about our day to day transport.
Starting in Melbourne in 2020, and expanding to Sydney and Brisbane, we offer a unique and flexible all inclusive subscription to premium eBikes. We are now looking for our next superstar to join our Brisbane team
As part of the Brisbane team, your day to day will involve:
Workshop Management : Working in our bike workshop and leading its ongoing management, including spare parts inventories and equipment
Bike Building & Servicing : Leading the bike servicing program for our Brisbane customer base and mobile bike servicing
Customer Support & Delivery: Delivering eBikes to new customers and interacting with Customer at our retail location
Events : Attending events as a Lug+Carrie representative to showcase our products and services
You also have the opportunity to be involved in a number of special projects as we look to expand our service offerings to markets around the world.
We would love to hear from any individual who:
has experience working as a bicycle mechanic (any eBike experience will be highly desirable)
has experience in customer service or retail
has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
can effectively manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner
has a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
holds a current full Australian drivers licence (This is essential)
