Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the CEO, to further develop and implement the organisation's strategic plans and processes
Leading, supporting, and developing a growing team where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the organisation's key objectives.
Operational, project, and business growth management.
Systems, workflow, and process improvement solutions.
Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures.
Oversee order processing, storage, and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers across Australia.
Oversee inventory integrity, coordinating stock takes with warehouse teams and branch transfers.
Manage the quality improvement system to ensure the timely raising of issues based on the priority of continuous improvement best practices.
Oversee day-to-day customer service team, processes, and systems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
What we need from you:
Qualifications in operations, management, business, logistics, or equivalent demonstrated
Very strong IT skills (Office applications, collaborating software, e-commerce systems, inventory.)
Excellence communication skills
Business growth, leadership, and people management experience
Mentoring skills for a diverse team
Leading by example and setting a cultural tone of efficiency, adaptability, creativity, and inclusion
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
