We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our established team; we work collaboratively and drive great results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a product assortment strategy that is tailored to brand identity and target markets

• You will collaborate with marketing, sales and other internal teams to drive promotional campaigns and sales

• Work closely with Senior Leaders, you will be a strong communicator and bring an innovative mindset

• Building and maintaining robust relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and brands

• You also enjoy negotiation, have a keen eye for market trends and the ability to analyse gaps and identify new product opportunities

• The ability to work autonomously, highly organised and self-motivated

• The willingness to learn and desire to succeed and build a successful career

Driven, organised and efficient – you know how to make an impact. You are passionate about products in our industry, and you relish a challenge, you will work as a conduit between our key suppliers and internal teams, product management is your passion.

Key Qualifications:

• Ideally product experience in either the motorcycle and/or bicycle trade

• Proven success in managing a portfolio of products and driving growth

• Skilled in effective product demonstrations and training

• Strong communication skills
