iSi Advanced Bicycle Carriers is the leader in the off-road bicycle carrier market and manufacturer of Extreme Duty Bicycle Carriers for 4WD, passenger vehicles, caravans, camper trailers.
An exciting opportunity is available for a Production Manager who will supervise all activities throughout manufacturing, warehouse and dispatch operations.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily/weekly workload
Oversee/manage all product inventory levels
Liaise with suppliers
Supervise all specialty staff to achieve production goals and timelines
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship and safety within the production team
Provide hands-on support in manufacturing/dispatch operations if needed
Demonstrate problem solving skills and abilities
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet high standards and customers expectations
Pick-up and deliver production parts to suppliers using company vehicles
Demonstrate and promote Workplace Health and Safety
What we’re looking for:
Production Management experience or similar
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Intermediate computer skills
Commitment to safety and OH&S procedures and policies
Can do attitude and flexibility
Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.
