public cycling facilities manager - Sydney

We’re looking for an operator to manage 2 end-of-trip facilities under a membership-based management agreement.

Ideal applicants are passionate about seeing more cycling in our local area and can provide an environmentally sustainable operating model.

Facility 1: 36 Sussex Street, Barangaroo

Part of the Westpac site, this 70m² facility is already operating and offers prominent street frontage.

Facility 2: 180 George Street, Circular Quay

This new underground cycling facility is part of a landmark precinct featuring a 53-storey office tower, community building and plaza, retail laneways and new hospitality venue. The new space will comprise 704m² with a completed fit-out.
