What you'll be doing
As a member of a 7-person Australia/New Zealand marketing team, your responsibility is to own retail marketing for our 46 directly owned stores.
Build and execute marketing campaigns, utilising knowledge of current market trends to ensure an innovative approach.
Manage expenditure in line with approved marketing budget.
Calculate and understand campaign ROI and use this to inform decisions and planning.
Developing and implementing Trek's store opening strategy, including but not limited to pre-event decks, creative concepts, centre relations, supplier liaison, execution and post event reporting.
Working with multiple stakeholders across the business (nationally & internationally) to understand marketing requirements and requests and consolidate into a cohesive action plan.
Collaborate with designers, digital specialists, and visual merchandisers, to ensure our retail marketing meets global standards.
Develop strong relationships with the national and local retail and sales teams to ensure engaged execution of the retail marketing strategy.
Who you are
High performer with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and an interest in sport, fitness, and/or health.
5+ years marketing experience, with a focus on in-store/retail, campaigns, product launches and executing events.
Customer-first in your approach and have experience in understanding audiences and their journeys to purchase.
High attention to detail, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Good communicator who can have a chat with just about anybody.
Strong analytical skills with experience in analysing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Experience working with Digital marketers is preferred but not essential.
Highly organised; you like to have your marketing calendar planned out months in advance so you're not scrambling to meet deadlines.
Willing to travel up to 6 weeks per year to support stores and the broader marketing team.
