We stock top brands like Specialized, Pivot Cycles, Rocky Mountain, and Orbea, plus quality riding apparel and gear. Our workshop, e-bike hire, skills coaching, and guided tours make us a hub for riders across the Sunshine Coast.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations — both in-store and online — while staying connected to the riding community. This role offers a mix of retail leadership, customer service, inventory control, and involvement in shop rides, events, and product testing. It’s ideal for someone who wants a management career without losing touch with time on the bike.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small retail/workshop team
Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences
Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising (in-store & online)
Assist workshop job flow and bookings
Maintain and update online product listings and stock availability
Process online orders and respond to customer enquiries
Support and occasionally lead shop rides, events, and demos
Assist with hire fleet and tour management as needed
About You
Proven retail management experience (bike or outdoor industry a plus)
High level of computer literacy — confident with POS, stock control, and online retail systems
Passionate active outdoor enthusiast (MTB experience highly valued)
Bonus if you have coaching, tour guiding, or hire management experience
Organised, reliable, and a strong communicator
Available to work rotating Saturdays
