Lug+Carrie was established in January 2020 with a mission to provide sustainable and efficient forms of transport that are not only good for people but also the cities they live in. We currently offer really useful eBikes on a flexible subscription in Melbourne and Sydney and are growing quickly.
To help us get more people riding and to continue providing great service for our all-inclusive subscription, we're currently looking for someone who would love working with our customers and who knows or wants to learn their way around our amazing eBikes. In this role you will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service online and over the phone - for the primary purpose of getting customers riding the right bike and supporting them when Electric
Providing excellent customer service in person from our Fitzroy hub - including offering test rides to new customers and maintenance support for current customers
Assisting the coordination of our customer service experience - through booking, scheduling and supporting in-store and mobile service events
Developing basic bike maintenance skills to enable the diagnosis of customer bike issues and perform repairs
We’d love to hear from you if you are an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who:
has experience working in a retail or customer service role, with direct experience in the cycling industry highly desirable
has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
can effectively manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner
enjoys completing systems and administrative tasks efficiently and thoroughly
has a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
