Lug+Carrie was established in January 2020 with a mission to provide sustainable and efficient forms of transport that are not only good for people but also the cities they live in. Our current product offering includes eBikes on a flexible and all-inclusive subscription, as well as selling brand new and ex-fleet eBikes. Our teams across Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney are reshaping the future by helping our communities make a Good Move on an eBike.
About the role
To help us get more people riding and to continue providing great service we're currently looking for someone who would love working with our customers and talking about our amazing eBikes. In this role you will be responsible for both sales and customer service based activities, with the primary focus on identifying the needs of customers and selling the most appropriate products to assist customers make a Good Move on an eBike.
Duties include:
Greeting customers in-store, listening to and understanding customer requirements to meet their eBike needs.
Clearly communicating the values and benefits of Lug+Carrie eBikes and riding solutions.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through events and other lead generation activities.
Managing the entire sales process; from initial contact to sale and beyond.
Staying informed about our products and services as well as industry trends.
Contributing to sales reporting and analysis.
Assisting in lead generation activities, in the organisation, community and in-person events as well as being responsible for representing Lug+Carrie at those events.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you are an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who has:
At least 18 months experience working in a sales and customer service role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
The ability to create sales tools and trackers and train others to meet targets.
The ability to manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to take direction and follow strict work procedures and systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to complete systems and administrative tasks in a thorough manner.
Good problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
Availability to work every Saturday.
Proficiency in the Google suite.
The ability to lift at least 25kg and use proper lifting skills
