At BikeSportz, we’re more than just a distributor - a family business, we’re Australia’s leading supplier of performance cycling parts, accessories, and nutrition. With over 35 years in the industry and a portfolio of 28 world-class brands, we are seeking a Sales Representative / Brand Promoter to join our internal team and play a critical role in client success, brand promotion, and sales performance.

About the Role

This is a hybrid internal sales and brand engagement role based at our Braeside head office. You will manage a defined portfolio of B2B retail accounts while also supporting brand activation through product training, merchandising, and event facilitation. This role suits someone who excels in a fast-paced, service-oriented sales environment, is highly organised, and brings a proactive and professional approach to client relationships and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cycling retailers via phone, email, and CRM platforms.

  • Process and convert B2B sales orders while meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Promote new product releases, sales activations, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities tailored to client needs.

  • Onboard new retailers, including system setup and initial product education.

  • Monitor client activity and performance, identifying risks and reporting insights to management.

  • Conduct biannual Dealer Program audits and support compliance efforts.

  • Maintain accurate client data, including key contacts and account details.

Brand Promotion and Engagement

  • Deliver in-store and head office product training to educate retail teams on brand value and product performance.

  • Support retail merchandising initiatives to ensure strong visual presence and product representation in-store.

  • Assist in planning and delivering key industry events, launches, and brand activations in collaboration with marketing and brand managers.

  • Represent and promote the BikeSportz brand and our supplier brands as a trusted product expert.

About You

  • Experienced in B2B account management or inside sales, ideally in wholesale, FMCG, cycling, or sporting goods.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse client base with professionalism.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms.

  • An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

  • Previous experience in retail support, product training, or merchandising is desirable.

  • A genuine interest in the cycling or sports industry is beneficial, though not essential.
