About the Role Demand Planning is an expanding function within our business with significant opportunities. We are seeking an experienced, open minded, enthusiastic individual with the willingness to develop our team whilst achieving results through strong performance. Demand planning for our Bikes Category.
Continuous maintenance of forecasts & liaising with suppliers.
Data management for our Bikes Category.
Management and identification of aged & slow-moving inventory.
Collaborating with Category Managers to assist in making decisions to improve the financial performance of the category.
Transparent, reporting and analysis for the Product Team Leader, Bikes Team Leader and Category Managers.
Working with our retail stores and Team Leaders to deliver value.
We are looking for:
A driven individual who is looking to learn, share and expand skills
3+ years of demand planning experience
A demonstrable and proven track record of high achievements.
An analytical mind and passion for solving problems.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal for the ability to deal directly with our store and supply network
Worked with ERP systems and Business Intelligence systems.
Intermediate to advanced level MS Excel skills.
Other experience in merchandise & inventory planning within a retail and/or wholesale environment.
