Specialized has an opening for a Store Manager to join our team at Planet Cycles in Woolloongabba. This role is a key member of our retail network and balances excellence in retail operations and a passion for brand experience. From a culture perspective the Store Manager sets the tone of the store and will partner with all parts of the business to facilitate store based events, education, product launches and brand advocacy.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You will oversee the day to day operations of the store and deliver exceptional customer experience for our team and riders across all aspects of store operations
You love systems such as Lightspeed and enjoy learning new technology and systems
You enjoy creating a culture that encourages continuous improvement and growth along with a welcoming store environment
You love chasing a target but can also keep an eye on the day to day expenses of the store
You ensure that all things admin are taken care of and you have an eye for detail to ensure product and inventory management is best practice
A clean store and workshop are important to you and you also enjoy educating your team on the latest products as they come to market

SOME THINGS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
You have 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Outlook
You are a self starter and thrive on meeting deadlines and you like working in a fast paced environment
You are able to work to a roster which includes Saturday’s
You love to interact with riders and team members
