We’re looking to employ a dynamic, Customer Experience focussed Store Manager for our new store in Richmond. To be successful you’ll need to have a history in retail management.
Experience within the bicycle industry will be highly regarded but is not necessary. It's a hands-on role where you will be involved in sales, bike building and servicing bikes. A love of keeping active and the outdoors is essential!
About the role:
Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising your team
Managing rostering
Dealing with customer enquiries
Assist with bike building and servicing (further training provided)
Overseeing stock control and stock ordering
Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets
Maintaining store presentation
Liaising with senior management
About you:
Have an absolute commitment to providing customers with the best service possible
Be organised and methodical to follow company procedures, as well as bringing in your own
Know how to build a passionate, and success-driven culture in your team
Be a self-starter and problem solver
Someone who will bring fresh ideas, strong management skills and experience to the team.
