What you'll do?
We are an ambitious, solutions-focused, and energetic group passionate about making a positive difference.
As a Store Manager, you'll play the most critical role in taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, leading and developing a team of rockstars and over-delivering on performance goals. Collaborating closely with the Operations team, you'll assist with in-store branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community engagement.
You'll embrace our customers and work diligently to build relationships, quickly solve their problems and maintain our world-class customer journey.
1-2 years+ of retail management experience
Experience working in the cycling or last-mile delivery industries is highly desirable
The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and managing budgets
Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, shrinkage etc
Experience in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment
A passion for sustainabile tech
