About the Role:
As Quad Lock continues to grow and expand globally, an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Analyst to join the team. This role will drive innovative solutions in the supply chain and support the Supply Chain team in promoting best practices. It will include all aspects of supply chain cost coding, analysis, reviewing and reporting of meaningful information the team can use with confidence.
What you will be doing:
Supporting stakeholders in formulating and supplying commercial and financial information, as well as conducting investigations and providing recommendations
Providing insight analysis for forecasting, inventory replenishment, sales trends, and other data to support business decisions
Analysing our supply chain, focusing on utilisation, capacity and the impact on the supply chain from any changes
Contributing toward continuous process improvement in order to optimise the supply chain, and ensuring opportunities are identified, addressed and continuously refined
Monitoring Inventory Alignment between ERP and 3PL Provider as shipments are booked in, including Landed Cost Analysis
Data Analysis for annual stocktakes and quarterly inventory comparisons across 6 Global 3PL warehouses
Now, who are you? You will be highly analytical and a pro at turning complex data into meaningful information that can be easily digested by the team. Being an excellent collaborator and team player is key. Though you’ll spend the majority of your time on analysis within Supply Chain, you will also support the wider Commercial and Finance teams with your expertise.
What are we looking for?
A minimum of 3+ years experience working as an Analyst within the supply chain function of a retail or wholesale environment. Experience in a business with a global footprint is advantageous
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Suite
Knowledge and experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Netsuite ERP experience is advantageous
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
A genuine team player who can work autonomously but thrives in a collaborative team environment
