Our products are distributed throughout Australia via a vast range of sales channels, which includes our Direct to Consumer brand eCommerce stores, marketplaces, traditional brick & mortar stores, warehouse outlets and major retailers such as Bunnings, Harvey Norman, Big W, Myer and more.

As a junior member of our team, we will offer you hands on warehouse, sales and customer service experience. You will be trained with product and systems knowledge that will enable you to work effectively with our diverse range of products.

About the Role

• Order processing, picking and packing

• Showroom sales and promotion

• Warehouse dispatch and receiving

• Problem solving and case resolution

Key Qualities and Attributes

• Reliable, energetic and motivated with excellent sales ability

• Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and good grammar

• Strong customer service ethic

• Retail experience

Roster Days and Hours

Full time and casual positions available

• Roster days: Monday and Saturday.

• Typical weekday hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm

• Typical Saturday hours: 9:30am to 3:30pm
