Warehouse Operator - Sydney

With a vision to optimise logistics to drive efficiency across The Pedal Group, including 99 Bikes and Advance Traders in Australia and New Zealand.  We look after all warehousing and freight logistics for the group, along with some external bicycle industry partners. We operate warehouses in Melbourne and Brisbane, plus partner with 3PL providers in Sydney, Perth and Auckland.

About the Pedal Group Logistics - Warehouse Pick Packer role:

• Work in part of a team to pick and pack replenishment orders of parts and accessories

• Receiving, sorting and organising incoming inventory

• Ability to work hard to get orders completed on time

• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Must have good physical fitness and be able to walk, squat, lift safely and use a pallet jack for most of the day

• Keep a tidy work area

• High attention to detail is extremely important as the orders must be correct

• Interest in the bike industry and some knowledge of bike products is advantageous

• Some of our picker positions require LO order picker license

To Be Successful In This Role You Need:

• LO license advantages, however, not essential

• A demonstrated commitment to continual improvement and learning.

• Demonstrated and proven achievement in any field - these could be personal goals, sporting, educational or work-related. 

• A track record of success in past roles in any industry

• Good communication skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining good relationships with workmates

• A past history demonstrating honesty and reliability
