Warehouse staff - Brisbane
Advance Traders Australia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player to join their growing Warehouse Team based at Eagle Farm, Brisbane. The role is an important cog in a crucial department of Advance Traders. The candidate will need to be a true Warehouse Wizard, in a position that will cross over all areas within the warehouse - Incoming, despatch, replenishment, safety & stocktakes.
Pick & pack orders - to meet customers’ expectations
Identify and report safety hazards and risks
Unloading of shipping containers
Loading trucks – use of Counter Balance Forklift
Replenishing pick faces – use of Order Picker & WAV
Perform stocktakes on a cyclical roster as instructed
Liaise with other warehouse staff, logistics team & external freight teams to ensure an efficient daily operation
Despatch orders using our WMS (Pronto) & multiple freight portals
Receiving stock and checking off against purchase orders
What we are looking for:
Forklift Licence (LF) – minimum three years’ experience – high reach a must
Order Picker Licence (LO) - minimum three years’ experience a must
Previous experience working in a fast pace warehouse
Task focused and methodical
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a team
High attention to detail
Understanding of safe work procedures
Pronto experience desirable but not mandatory
