Warehouse staff - Sunshine Coast
KWT IMPORTS is seeking a Warehouse Pick & Pack & Freight All-Rounder to join our dynamic team in Yandina, QLD 4561. This is a casual position offering flexibility whilst contributing to the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution centre. As an all-rounder, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to customers efficiently. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting the growth of our logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems
Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring items are correctly labelled and documented
Handle freight operations, including receiving, sorting, and organising incoming and outgoing goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks as required
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with procedures
Sort and organise products by location, type, and destination to optimise warehouse efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet daily dispatch targets and deadlines
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised working environment
Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure operational continuity
What we're looking for
Proven experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack, freight handling, or similar distribution centre roles
Competency with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
Physical fitness and ability to lift and move items regularly, with good manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently to meet targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and flexibility with casual work arrangements
Health and safety awareness and commitment to maintaining workplace standards
Basic problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing warehouse priorities
