Position Summary:

Support to the Warehouse supervisor and Workshop Tech Team for daily picking, packing of stock, ensuring the efficient operation of the distribution centre, maintaining a high level of customer service whilst ensuring accuracy and control.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Day to day activities of the Distribution Centre.

  • Inventory control and security, regular stock takes.

  • Unpacking, scanning and locating all incoming and outgoing shipment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of items.

  • Sharing Forklift driver responsibilities.

  • Support to the Workshop Tech Team in booking in service and warranty jobs, unpacking, ticketing products and completing system book-ins ready for evaluation by techs.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

  • Follow all FOX Factory policies and procedures

  • Effective completion of responsibilities in a timely manner

  • Achievement of OKRs as identified in the Performance Review process

  • Internal and external contacts include: 

  • Logistics Manager

  • Management Team

  • Sales Staff – internal and external

  • Customer Service/workshop staff

  • Freight Forwarders (incoming / outgoing)

Occupational Health and Safety Responsibility & Accountability

  • Ensure you are aware of your OHS and associated legislative requirements by reading provided (OHS) information and identifying and participating in training.

  • Be involved in OHS projects and comply with OHS initiatives according to priorities set by consultative processes and management direction.

  • Comply with legal and reasonable instructions from employer representatives and be accountable to your Manager for personal OHS performance while complying with Safe Work Procedures.

  • Responsible to ensure the health and safety of any visitors you may receive.

 

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge of warehousing best practices

  • Demonstrable experience in managing OH&S issues

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Forklift Licence
