Warehouse supervisor - Brisbane

As we experience ongoing growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.

About the Role

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our QLD warehouse to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time service for wholesale. You’ll own people leadership, inventory integrity, and smooth workflow across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety & ComplianceChampion a zero-harm culture through toolbox talks, risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective actions. Maintain compliance with WHS, HVNL (CoR), and dangerous goods handling (e.g., aerosols, oils, batteries).

  • People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop direct reports. Conduct daily stand-ups, set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and manage performance proactively.

  • Operations ManagementDrive efficient inbound receiving, put-away, replenishment, cycle counts, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure timely processing of ASNs, manifests, and consignment notes. Quickly resolve exceptions like mispicks, shortages, or carrier issues.

  • Inventory ControlBoost stock accuracy via regular cycle counts, variance investigations, and adherence to SOPs. Manage stock adjustments within delegation; escalate root causes for systemic issues.

  • Stakeholder & Systems CollaborationPartner effectively across Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, and carriers. Operate WMS and RF systems for seamless inventory control and data accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in warehouse, 3PL, or FMCG operations, including 2+ years in team leadership

  • Solid understanding of WHS standards and dangerous goods handling

  • LF Forklift licence (required)

  • Proficient in WMS systems and RF scanning technology

  • Ability to interpret freight labels, manifests, and product specifications; motorcycle parts/apparel experience is a bonus
