Warranty and sales support - Melbourne

With over 35 years in the industry and a portfolio of 28 world-class brands, we are seeking a Warranty & Sales Administrator to join our internal team and play a critical role in technical support and customer service.


About the Role

This is an internal role focussed on customer and technical support via inbound / outbound phone and email enquiries based at our Braeside head office. This role suits someone who excels in a fast-paced, service-oriented sales environment, is highly organised, and brings a proactive and professional approach to customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Technical and Warranty Support

  • Managing B2B and B2C customer enquiries relating to warranties, returns, repairs and technical support

  • Managing returns and warranty procedures for all BikeSportz’ brands, including but not limited to administration of the Zendesk and Monday.com

  • Work with Tier 1 technical support to ensure all tickets are responded to / resolved within our SLA’s

  • Proactively update and resolve tickets, ensuring timely communication with customers

  • Offering technical support both internally and externally

  • Carrying out brand related mechanical repairs such as wheel building, brake rebuilding and diagnosis

  • Analysing root causes of warranty claims and identify methods to reduce future claims

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, professional, and consistent manner

  • Assist with compiling claim reports

  • Assist the Bosch eBikes Service Team with phone and email enquires. Field enquiries and escalate to Tier 2

  • Assist in managing Bosch-related phone and ticket enquiries for both B2B and B2C customers

  • Update Salesforce cases, perform follow-ups, and ensure spare part requests or service jobs are tracked correctly

  • Coordinate with the Bosch Service Centre team to escalate or resolve complex cases

  • Contribute to new processes and continuous improvement

Sales and Administration

  • Managing inbound B2B customer service enquiries via phone or email

  • Monitor client activity and performance, identifying risks and reporting insights to management

  • Maintain accurate client data, including key contacts and account details

  • Achieving set monthly KPI's


About YouWe are seeking someone who is passionate, an all-rounder that is willing to learn with enthusiasm and possesses a tenacious work ethic. Someone who also consistently brings new ideas to the table and strives to achieve their goals. The successful applicant must possess strong trouble shooting and diagnostic problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate well and have a good knowledge of the bicycle industry.  

  • Experienced in inbound / outbound sales, ideally in wholesale, FMCG, cycling, or sporting goods

  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse client base with professionalism

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms

  • An excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

  • Previous experience in retail support, product training, or merchandising is desirable

  • A genuine interest in the cycling or sports industry is beneficial, though not essential

  • Experience with ERPs and other platforms like Zendesk, Monday.com

  • Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Skilled with computers and experienced with excel

  • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills

  • Strong work ethic with a positive can-do attitude

  • Maintaining open and effective communication with our sales representatives located nationally

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks to deliver to tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of the cycling industry is essential

  • Skilled in bicycle maintenance and repair with the ability to build wheels
