Warranty and sales support - Melbourne

With over 35 years in the industry and a portfolio of 28 world-class brands, we are seeking a Bicycle Warranty & Sales Support administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an internal role focussed on technical support. You’ll work closely with our customer service team and dedicated support staff, handling escalated enquiries, warranty claims, and technical repairs. A big part of the role will be assisting Bosch eBike customers and retailers, providing expert support and coordinating service requests.

This role suits someone who excels in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, is highly organised, and brings a proactive and professional approach to customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Customer & Warranty Support

  • Handle warranty, returns, and product enquiries (B2B & B2C)

  • Provide professional support via phone, email, and service platforms

  • Process warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring clear communication

Bosch eBike Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for Bosch-related enquiries

  • Troubleshoot Bosch eBike issues and provide technical support

  • Escalate complex cases to the Bosch service team when required

  • Coordinate spare part requests and service jobs

  • Stay up to date with Bosch training and product knowledge

Repairs & Technical Services

  • Carry out mechanical repairs such as wheel building, brake rebuilds, and diagnostics

  • Work alongside the customer service team to ensure fast, effective resolutions

  • Analyse claim trends and help reduce future warranty issues

Sales & Administration

  • Support the sales team with, orders, and account updates

  • Managing inbound B2B customer service enquiries via phone, email or CRM

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and service systems

  • Maintain accurate client data, including key contacts and account details

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid bicycle knowledge and hands-on mechanical skills (wheel building/repairs a plus)

  • Brings excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with ease

  • Is comfortable with digital tools (CRM, ERP, Excel, ticketing systems)

  • Has a genuine passion for cycling and the bike industry

Bonus points for experience in retail / bicycle workshops, wholesale or sporting goods.
