You have a minimum of two years of work experience as a bike mechanic (Having past experience with e-Bikes repair is not required but is an advantage).
You have the ability to work under pressure.
You are either an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
You value all customer enquiries and seek to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
You are curious, keen to expand your knowledge, you enjoy solving problems and taking great pride and satisfaction in figuring things out on your own.
About the role:
Tasks & responsibilities
Assembling electric bikes/scooters
Helping customers who come to our office to see and test ride the bikes
Repairing electric bikes
Bikes inspection and repacking for dispatch
Provide technical guidance and support to customers via phone or email
Recording sale orders, delivery orders, arranging shipments, and so on for daily orders through our ERP and financial system.
Maintaining our bike workshop, including management of spare parts inventories and equipment
Participation in preparing tutorials and how-to content (website blog posts, video content …)
Working with other team members to refine and improve our products range
