Bosch eBike Service Centre Manager - Melbourne

We are currently looking for a full-time Bosch eBike Service Centre Manager to support our business. This is an opportunity to be immersed in the sporting industry and utilise different skills in a fast-paced environment.
As our Bosch eBike System Expert, you will have the chance to tackle technical challenges as well as contribute new ideas for improvement. With an emphasis on customer service and support of our national dealer network, this role is integral in maintaining a positive professional image for our business across Australia.
We are seeking someone who is passionate, an all-rounder that is willing to learn with enthusiasm and possesses a tenacious work ethic. Someone who also consistently brings new ideas to the table and strives to achieve their goals. The successful applicant must possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate well and have a good knowledge of the bicycle industry.

About the role
Managing the day-to-day activity of the Bosch eBike Service Centre and its team.
Managing the Bosch Service Centre hotline
Day to day execution of the Bosch CRM workflow
Responsible for identifying and reporting market trends to Bosch Australia
Actioning requests delivered by Bosch Australia
Managing the purchase ordering for Bosch products.
Offer technical support both internally and externally for Bosch related enquiries.
Facilitating the monthly reporting requirements for Bosch Australia
Acting as a brand guardian across our business and working with our internal team to enhance our brands.
Managing and growing Australian Bicycle Retailer relationships.
Participating in weekly team meetings.
Achieving set monthly KPI's.
Requirements
Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Skilled with computers and experienced with excel.
Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills.
Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
Maintaining open and effective communication with our sales representatives located nationally.
Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks to achieve tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the cycling industry is essential.
Bicycle maintenance, repair skills and the ability to build wheels will be highly regarded in a candidate but are not essential to the role.
You are required to have prior experience in the cycling industry.
