PUSHYS.COM.AU is a fast growing online retailer based in Salisbury, Brisbane with a large distribution center dedicated to delivering industry leading customer service, large product range and super fast delivery. We service both the Australian and International markets from this location. We are also affiliated with Australia's largest Cycle Store, PUSHYS in ACT.
We are currently looking to fill a customer service role which will call for a person with extensive bike knowledge and customer service experience will be an advantage. This role also calls for a person with a good knowledge of all things cycling and associated equipment/brands. As well as detailed focused individuals looking to gain knowledge working in an online retail warehouse environment.
This particular role that we are wanting to fill will have an extensive training period of approximately 3 months during the day and then the main role will move into night and weekend work where you will be working from home with hardware and software provided by the company.
You will have the opportunity
to be involved in a variety of roles associated with an e-commerce bike related retailer, such as:
· Customer Service/Sales
· Marketing and customer acquisition/retention
RELATED SKILLS REQUIRED
· A very good knowledge of cycling equipment essential with extensive knowledge across all styles, Mountain, Road, BMX.
· Some retail or customer service experience an advantage
· Must have good computer skills and be proficient in applications like Word and Excel
· Be able to work independently as well as part of a dedicated skilled team and share duties as required
· Must have excellent English skills, both verbal and written and a good phone manner
